On every product we have mentioned as Dimension in product detail page.
The simple exchange policy is as mentioned below:
1. You must raise the request of exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product by contacting through phone(+91-9879567107) or email (krea.anujashah@gmail.com).
2. You can mention the size that you wish to receive and we shall arrange for a return pickup as soon as possible and dispatch as early as we can.
3. For exchanges, the product being returned by you must be unused and undamaged.
4. If a product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.
5. In the unlikely event that we do not have the size required by you, we will process your return and refund seamlessly.
Did not like what you bought? In the unlikely event that you do not love the product you bought from Krea, you can always return it easily by reaching out to us.
1. You can send us an email on krea.anujashah@gmail.com or call us on +91-9879567107 and request for a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
2. We will schedule a return pick up for the product on receiving this request.
3. The product being returned must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
4. Once we receive the product, the standard Return Policy shall apply and we shall process your return accordingly.
