Our Mission is to strengthen aspiring individuals who have skill or talent and are willing to work hard but lack the means to do so. We aim to support these individuals in their entrepreneurial initiatives so that they can overcome the cycle of poverty they are trapped in.
People in low income groups find it is too risky to borrow money to start even a small enterprise as they often have to turn to loan sharks. These loan sharks charge exorbitant rates, trapping people in a cycle of debt. We empower individuals by offering them the loan at no interest. It gives them the space to succeed and thus change the lives of their entire family.
Suresh bhai is a gifted and hardworking artist from a humble background. During the lockdown, he contracted Covid and was hospitalized for twenty days. Following this, corona tore through his area, making it a containment zone. Unable to step out for work, his family suffered huge financial strains. Krea changed his fortunes by ordering painted box sets prior to Diwali from Dreams Foundation. Sureshbhai was able to paint from home, and he earned well for over two months. Krea's orders via Dreams Foundation touch the lives of such underprivileged artists.
Dreams is happy and grateful to have a partnership with Anuja Shah through Krea. She has enabled a continuous flow of orders, thus touching the lives of underprivileged artists we work with.
